8(1)The Minister may give directions to a regional health authority for the purpose of
(a)
implementing the provincial health plan,
(b)
providing priorities and guidelines for a regional health authority to follow in carrying out and exercising its responsibilities, duties and powers, and
(c)
coordinating the work of the regional health authorities with each other and with the programs, policies and work of the government and other persons in the provision of health services.
8(2)The Minister may establish parameters and give directions to a regional health authority in relation to the planning, organization, management and delivery of health services by the regional health authority.
